Our commitment to excellence in quality and value has made us a trusted name in menswear. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Norton Commons location. The ideal candidate will embody our brand's commitment to quality, provide exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards. Manage inventory, including stock takes and cycle counts, to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement in-store visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's aesthetic. Foster relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and assistance. Coordinate with the main office for marketing initiatives and promotional events. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or tailored menswear. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Passion for menswear and a keen eye for style and detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
