NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. (NXAL) Operations Departments operate in a warehouse, or a manufacturing environment and associates are subject to moderate amounts of dust, dirt, and odors, primarily produced by packaging materials and the operation of propane-powered forklifts as well as noise primarily produced by production equipment. Temperatures during the year will vary. Frequently operate a computer, read, write and interact with others in person, over the phone and via other devices. They move about within the facility and may travel to other locations.
Position Summary
The HR Associate Relations (AR) Specialist III plays a key role in supporting the HR department and plant management through direct associate engagement, conflict resolution, policy administration, and bilingual communication.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary English/Spanish translator for communications, meetings, investigations, and written materials. Supports positive associate relations and constructive employer-associate relationships. Conduct associate surveys and exit interviews Responds to associates questions and/or concerns. Support with Paycor questions. Assist with conducting plant new hire orientation and benefits enrollment. Schedule onsite interviews and issue interview-related communications, including rejection notices. Assists management in resolving associate concerns/complaints by assisting with or conducting investigations regarding violations of NXAL standards of conduct. Administer attendance-related corrective actions in accordance with company policy. Assist with the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and plant leadership. Support company-sponsored events, meetings, and HR initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Diversity & Inclusion/HR Division Manager.
Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) - required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to accept criticism, deal calmly and effectively in high stress situations, and multi-task Ability to encourage and build trust, respect and cooperation among team members Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness. Flexibility in schedule/ hours depending on business needs/requirements. Fosters a culture of accountability, fairness, equity and consistency in the administration of policies and procedures.
