Location: On-site only (no telework)
We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Program Integrator to support cloud-focused programs across multiple vendors (Azure, Oracle, IBM, Google Cloud). You'll help guide program success by analyzing costs, tracking deliverables, supporting contract actions, and producing detailed reports to inform government leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Support Program Managers with planning, execution, and documentation (TTOs, SOWs, Risk Plans, Acquisition Strategies) Track budgets, staffing, and schedules; recommend funding adjustments Deliver recurring execution, cost, staffing, and contracts reports with clear insight into burn rates, risks, and gaps Use tools like MS Excel (pivot tables/charts), Plan-It, CMIS, Azure Cost Manager, FACTS, and UWE Monitor and help control cloud service consumption and spending Develop and deliver decision-ready materials (point papers, briefings, overviews) to leadership Contribute to ARB readiness, PIPO/IP taskers, and monthly PMRs Work closely with a contractor-friendly team supporting a small (30-person) organization
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in program integration, acquisition, or program control Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data and Excel automation Experience supporting cloud programs and influencing funding/program direction Knowledge of IC acquisition and contract documentation processes Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field → Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
