large specialty Contractor in Jessup, MD is actively searching for Project Managers to join their growing team. The company works with the largest GC's in the VA, MD and DC area. The company self performs all of their work acrosstheir residential, commercial, and federally contracted projects.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess at least 2-3 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry. Candidates should have hands on experience with managing project submittals and responding to RFI's, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and handling close-out documents.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background screening for access to government sites.
This position offers a very competitive compensation package, including a monthly vehicle allowance and bonuses based on project performance.
