Relationship Manager As a Relationship Manager (RM), you’ll be at the heart of client relationships—ensuring exceptional service, trusted guidance, and seamless experiences. Working closely with a Managing Director or Wealth Advisor, you’ll help elevate every client interaction, manage complex accounts, and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about client success and eager to grow in the wealth management space. What You’ll Do Serve as a key point of contact for clients—tracking calls, emails, and requests in Salesforce Research and resolve complex client account issues with precision and care Prepare materials for client meetings and assist in execution of follow-up action items Help craft compelling agendas, presentations, and deliverables Support the development and maintenance of financial plans and suitability documentation Ensure compliance standards are met and exceeded Manage new client onboarding and communicate updates with the team Process RMDs and maintain accurate data records Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a smooth, client-first operation What Sets You Up for Success A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure Driven by excellence and passionate about client service Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) Series 65 or 66 is a bonus—but not required What You’ll Bring Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years in client service or relationship management Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Join Us At United Capital, we value every voice and every background.
