Store Manager Position
Hourly Pay: DOE, average offer $20/hr + bonuses, potential overall salary $50k all combined Hours Open: 5:30am-9pm Mondays thru Sunday Hours expected to work: 32/hr in shop and 8 hrs admin work Benefits: 401k, paid time off, vision, dental, health benefits Bonuses: potential $1k bonus per month, $4.50/hr added to hourly, example: $24.50/hr potentially Job Description: The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that we provide the best drive-thru beverage experience on the planet for our customers. What You'll Do: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed Hire, train, and motivate a young and energetic staff to provide exceptional service to our customers Communicate daily with the Regional Manager, working to ensure your store is on track, strategizing for growth, and implementing company strategies Create a fun and positive working environment that promotes teamwork Monitor inventory levels and order supplies Ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for your store Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability Skills You'll Need: At least 1 year management experience, overseeing one or more stores, branches or departments 3+ years of experience in a customer-service focused role High school diploma or equivalent Food and beverage industry experience, preferably in coffee Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a young team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Passionate about providing exceptional customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Possess a servant leadership mentality Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds Location: Monroe, North Carolina 28112 Pay: $20+/hr
