Part-Time Front End Manager The PT Front-End Manager oversees the cash office, central checkouts, and customer service areas. Responsibilities include training and supervising cashiers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and managing cash office functions. The role may require opening and closing the store, carrying keys, and providing hands-on training. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours is required. Physical and Communication Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop continuously. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Basic math skills for register operations and inventory management. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs., with proper fitness and safety measures.
