Researching hardware and software technologies to decide if they offer improvements. Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuringsolutions are viable and consistent Developing new functionality for existing computer systems and Installing new software and hardwaresystems. Overseeing new system installation and setup and customizing these for business needs. Training end-users and writing instruction manuals as necessary. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required Designing new computer systems and frameworks Troubleshooting technical issues and risk mitigation planning Running training sessions and workshops on system processes Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders forreview and approval Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
