Position:
Part-Time Sound and Security Personnel (Unarmed) Location:
Port Hueneme, CA Pay Range:
$17.87/hr (base pay), with an hourly rate of $20.32 per hour, plus Health & Welfare benefits and additional payouts Responsibilities
Perform shipboard internal/perimeter foot patrols and hourly equipment meter readings. Conduct security patrols to prevent unauthorized access and detect suspicious activity. Report emergencies, unusual activities, and investigate behaviors on the ship. Ensure only authorized personnel access the shipboard. Respond to injuries and notify supervisors as needed. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. No criminal record and able to pass background checks. Valid driver’s license and own transportation. Ability to follow policies, communicate effectively in English, and complete detailed reports. Preferred Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of security experience. Physical Requirements
Ability to climb shipboard ladders. Capable of supporting underway missions. Lift up to 50 lbs. Pass a USCG physical exam. Employment Details
