Title: Network Engineering Coordinator

Description
Provide full-time Network Coordinator services: Assist with special assignments by director of IT related to IT goals within the department
Responsibilities
- Provide Project Coordination for all small projects that are not run by NWN PMO:
- Scheduling, Scope, Budgeting
- All projects close out documentation (as-builts) for use by Operations
- Work with vendors to ensure remote sites are documented for cabling, rack layout, power, etc., and escalate any deficiencies
- Receiving, inventorying, disposal
- Help with receiving orders to ensure they are accurate
- Assess current inventory
- Coordinate with partners for disposal of equipment
- Travel for directed tasks is required though frequent travel is not expected
- Serve as the primary point of contact on all project issues, needs, and concerns
- Schedule and coordinate the necessary resources to support the project
- Complete Change Request (CR) documentation as required; and obtain signed CRs for mutually agreed upon changes
- Purchasing Organization
- Coordinate with external business partners to include: Delivery scheduling, Resource scheduling, On-site supervision
