Job Category : Distribution Center / Warehouse Requisition Number : WAREH009952 Apply now Posted: February 5, 2025 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location CA - Rialto Whse Rialto, CA 92377, USA Description Position Summary: In the position of Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, sound, and economical operations activities at your assigned facility. You will provide direct support, supervision, oversight, and operational guidance to all warehouse operations personnel, and assistance as needed in other facility activities as assigned. Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with members of the Corporate Operations team and other support staff to establish, implement, and achieve operational Company goals, metrics, safety standards, quality control, regulatory compliance, and profitability. Supervise maintenance activities of all machinery and equipment. Manage activities, systems, and work through others to accomplish tasks. Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations, or production goals. Maintain inventory levels and keep track of damaged goods. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure smooth execution of functions such as receiving, dispatching, stocking, and requisitions. Direct communication with customer service, purchasing, and quality control departments. Assist in safety programs, safety training, run safety meetings weekly, and assist with evaluating forklift operators. Confer with supervisors and other personnel to resolve problems. Back up supervisors for other departments as needed. Assist in the recruitment and training of new associates. Engage in identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements. Manage hourly employee recruitment, discipline, and compliance with company policies in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners. Position Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management. 3-5 years of experience in logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Preferred Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
