We are looking for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for our primary care practice with satellite locations throughout 13 counties in this area.These are well designed facilities with on-site ancillary services and experienced providers. Our medical homes provide population health management for the patients of this region. You will enjoy site-specific medical directors that ensure a physician voice and partnership. A centralized prescription refill team, hard-wired controlled substance program, nurse call center 24/7/365 and other initiatives help to minimize physician busy work. There is also an opportunity to teach family medicine residents, advanced practice providers and/or medical students if you desire.The focus is on providing the highest level of quality patient care and the staff is very friendly and team oriented to work with.
