Requirements: Recruiting, training, and leading a team Inventory management and ordering Budgeting and P&L responsibilities Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Forecasting and scheduling Excellent communication and customer service skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Basic computer proficiency Ability to work evenings and weekends
Highly Preferred Skills: Experience with 3rd party delivery provider systems Knowledge of local area marketing and social media promotions Comfort with technology and 3rd party applications Previous experience in opening new restaurants Bar management or craft beer knowledge
