Senior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Senior Administrative Assistant
to provide executive-level support and ensure the efficient operation of an office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills who can support senior leaders and coordinate cross-departmental activities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department managers
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing
Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders
Support event planning, training sessions, and company-wide communications
Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed
Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with office budget support, scheduling tools, and cloud-based document management is a plus
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $33.00 per hour
