We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support and ensure the efficient operation of an office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills who can support senior leaders and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department managers
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Support event planning, training sessions, and company-wide communications
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with office budget support, scheduling tools, and cloud-based document management is a plus
Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
