Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team at Sherwin-Williams as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs. Your expertise in Sherwin-Williams products will enable you to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction, all while keeping our high quality and visual standards in mind. Your role involves: Providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. Engaging customers in person and over the phone, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Building trustworthy relationships with customers. Processing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available products and services to assist customers effectively. Assisting in store upkeep, including stocking shelves and setting up displays. Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales. We are located at Store #5004, 1020 N Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23320, and may require travel to surrounding stores within a 10-mile radius. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products.
