As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support to our wholesale and retail customers. You will assess customer needs, answer inquiries related to our product offerings, and recommend optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will involve: Providing top-tier customer service through effective communication Assisting customers in-store and via phone, identifying needs, and presenting suitable products Building trustworthy relationships with customers Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets Maintaining meticulous work order files and product formulas Pulling products from our sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products per customer specifications Stocking shelves and setting up product displays Cleaning store equipment to uphold safety and sanitation standards Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing Staying knowledgeable on our product range and available options Following inventory control procedures Proposing ideas to enhance sales Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish Valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, a recent performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) is required Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position if you are an internal applicant Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role Prior experience in selling paint and related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
