Corporate Recruiter
to join our client, a rapidly growing company headquartered in
King of Prussia, PA . This is a permanent, fully on-site position, supporting the company's recruiting efforts across multiple regions. This newly created role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven recruiter with strong sourcing experience and a passion for identifying top talent in high-growth, operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
of the
Corporate Recruiter:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as customer service, logistics, warehouse, field operations, and entry-level positions.
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture through job postings, social media, career fairs, and other outreach efforts.
Create and manage internal and external job postings that reflect the company's values and voice.
Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
Track recruitment activity and candidate pipelines through applicant tracking systems (Lever or ADP preferred).
Coordinate and attend local hiring events and job fairs.
Promote company benefits and culture through engagement initiatives and employee communications.
Collaborate with hiring teams and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements
of the
Corporate Recruiter:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in skilled trades or industrial/logistics recruiting preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever and/or ADP a plus).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently while managing multiple open requisitions.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Must be able to work on-site daily in King of Prussia, PA.
Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
