Position Summary:
As an HR Generalist, you will oversee various HR functions to support our growing workforce. You will act as a trusted resource for employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, benefits administration, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across all facets of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management: Administer and maintain various HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging system capabilities to streamline processes. Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, renewals, and resolving employee inquiries. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, preparing letters, and conducting new hire orientations. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed. Performance Management: Support managers with performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and programs to foster skill development and continuous learning. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom and ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
