We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Customer Account Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service. Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with company products and services. Process orders, handle account updates, and manage documentation accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly. Monitor account activity, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to clients. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
