We are currently seeking a
Product Account Representative
to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients and our internal product teams, ensuring that customer needs are understood and met. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key client accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries Collaborate with product development teams to communicate client feedback Ensure timely delivery and implementation of products and services Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders Assist in resolving product-related issues with efficiency and professionalism Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in account management or product support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with CRM systems is a plus Benefits
