A busy, multi-location specialty medical practice is seeking personable and resourceful Call Center Representatives to join their patient services team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, schedule appointments across various locations, triage patient needs, and provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Answer 50-100 inbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy Schedule patient appointments across multiple locations using internal systems Triage patient needs and determine the appropriate course of action Collect accurate insurance information during the scheduling process Document all patient interactions accurately and concisely Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication Escalate patient concerns to leadership when needed Maintain working knowledge of providers and clinic locations to effectively manage scheduling Adhere to HIPAA and practice privacy policies
