Contract-to-hire (520 hours) or temporary contract
Overview: We are hiring experienced Clinical Service Representatives to join a healthcare team providing exceptional patient-facing support in a multi-specialty clinical setting. This role involves greeting patients, managing front desk duties, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and assisting with scheduling and patient flow. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and willing to cross-train across different clinic areas.
Responsibilities: Welcome and register patients, confirming insurance and demographic details. Collect co-payments and handle payment reconciliation. Schedule and confirm patient appointments and testing. Assist with patient check-in and, occasionally, patient rooming. Address patient questions related to insurance and billing. Support staff with administrative and scheduling tasks. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment. Familiarity with insurance processes and co-payment collection. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to work regular weekday hours with flexibility on start/end times. Willingness to complete health screenings required for patient-facing roles. Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification shortly after hire. Additional Info:
