POSITION OVERVIEW

As a

HRBP,

our roles and responsibilities will include:

1.

HR Strategy Development : Collaborate with site and corporate leadership to create and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. 2.

Recruitment and Onboarding : Proactively manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, partnering with talent acquisition for exempt and hourly hiring. 3.

Employee Relations : Oversee employee relations, handling investigations and disciplinary processes while collaborating with legal when necessary. 4.

Development and Retention : Assess and support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention strategies, including wage and salary program administration. 5.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data analytics to analyze hiring, turnover, and retention trends, making recommendations for improvement. 6.

Compliance and Performance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and drive the annual performance review process to support growth and succession planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal

HRBP

would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following: •

BS degree

in Human Resources or its equivalent. • At least

five years of human resources

experience. Certification is preferred. • Excelling in cross functional team environment. Excellent

leadership

skills. • Sound knowledge of

labor laws

and regulations. • Must be comfortable working with all levels of employees.
