This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and closing high-quality franchise partners, particularly high-net-worth individuals and experienced operators. The Director partners closely with the VP of Franchising to shape and execute the growth strategy while leading the day-to-day sales effort, managing the pipeline, and coordinating across departments to ensure new franchise success.
