Sales - Regional Sales Manager

Summary : The Regional Sales Manager for Retrofit & LTSA will be responsible for driving and securing both retrofit and upgrade projects, as well as LTSA contracts across the Americas. This role will work closely with local sales teams within the PrimeServ International Group Companies in the region. Everllence USA Inc's retrofit and LTSA offerings encompass a wide range of solutions designed to optimize the performance of two-stroke and small-bore four-stroke engines. The focus is on helping customers reduce operational costs, enhance engine availability, and comply with modern emissions regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales and promote retrofit products, supported by the Product Center in Denmark. Lead sales and promotion of LTSA and reliability packages, with Product Center backup. Collaborate with the Product Center to support and drive retrofit project sales. Serve as a technical point of contact for International Group Companies (IGCs) on retrofit and LTSA matters. Support coordinators in preparing quotations using SAP. Conduct customer visits in partnership with IGC Sales Managers. Transfer sales orders to the project execution team in Denmark. Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars. Facilitate product training for regional sales colleagues across the Americas. Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Required Experience:

3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the marine industry. Strong technical background is essential. Required 3rd party Certifications/Qualifications:

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in contract negotiation, terms and conditions, and senior-level project management. Strong networker with in-depth market knowledge and internal familiarity with Everllence USA Inc. Effective interpersonal, presentation, and intercultural communication skills. Ability to coordinate and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High ethical standards and integrity. Results-oriented with the ability to cultivate and maintain business relationships. Capable of effective communication at all business levels. Proactive and self-driven, with excellent follow-up and initiative. Outgoing personality, motivated to connect with a diverse range of people. Assertive and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements:

The majority of the time of this position requires operating in a typical office environment sitting at a desk and using telephones and personal computers. Travel may be required, if necessary.
