Summary : The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role involves developing strategies to expand market presence, win new customers, and achieve sales targets for Everllence PrimeServ and Everllence Omnicare - 3rd Party equipment solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Define and achieve target order intake for the region. Support and execute growth strategies for Everllence PrimeServ and Everllence Omnicare within the territory. Develop systematic approaches to win new customers and secure agreements on terms and conditions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from initial contact to contract closure. Ensure Everllence products are registered and accepted by all customers, maximizing market opportunities. Negotiate and approve contracts and service agreements with customers. Ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients. Collect and communicate market intelligence, including competitor activities and project opportunities. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide structured, professional reporting. Maintain records accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures. Comply with the Company Code of Conduct and enhance the company’s image and reputation. Adhere to all Health & Safety laws and guidelines relevant to your role and ensure the safety of colleagues, visitors, and external partners.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related scientific discipline. Commercial background is essential.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in aftermarket sales of turbomachinery or rotating equipment services, preferably in the North American industrial market. Familiarity with API 687 standards and experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, and fertilizer industries. Proven success in complex sales within the regional market. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience conducting product presentations to clients. Strong knowledge of Balance of Plant equipment and sales processes. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Proficient in SAP. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of customer orientation. Ability to align team efforts with broader business strategies. Expert in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Strong networking abilities with a well-established presence in the local market and within Everllence. Excellent intercultural skills and understanding.
