Objective of the Position:

Eberspaecher is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, compliance, payroll support, and recruiting assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate HR recordkeeping, system integrity, and support in alignment with company policies and legal regulations..

Essential Accountabilities:

Manage E-Time system, ensuring daily review and correction of attendance exceptions by supervisors. Issue attendance occurrences and manage related documentation, including disciplinary notices. Develop and revise work schedules and shift patterns. Train supervisors on E-Time usage and develop supporting documentation and work instructions. Process new hires using HR's New Employee Checklist. Conduct onboarding sessions for both permanent and temporary employees. Process terminations in alignment with HR procedures and documentation standards. Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic HRIS and physical formats. Prepare and submit Perfect Attendance reports quarterly to Payroll. Generate monthly reports on service milestones for HRIS updates. Assist employees with system access, ADP Self-Service Portal, and uniform portal (Arrow Uniforms). Issue and update employee badge access and locker assignments. Post job advertisements and assist with candidate sourcing and screening. Schedule and participate in interviews; coordinate pre-employment testing and background checks. Extend offers and assist with onboarding scheduling. Prepare payroll-related forms, including reimbursement requests. Investigate and report payroll discrepancies to the HR Manager. Track leave of absence cases, including FMLA, and assist with disability forms and return-to-work notices. Create purchase requisitions and process invoices in SAP. Support temporary employee administration, including E-Time entries, badge issuance, and invoice reconciliation. Support the HR Manager with employee relations issues and follow up as needed. Assist in audits and investigations related to safety, harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEOC, and DOL. Draft and maintain job descriptions; provide updates to HR Manager. Contribute to monthly HR communication meetings and participate in safety committee initiatives. Secondary Accountabilities:

Conduct all business-related activities for, and on the behalf of, Eberspaecher within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements. Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Eberspaecher Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements.
