What You'll Do
Deliver front-line support to customers and dealer partners via phone, email, and live chat Troubleshoot a wide range of innovative software and hardware tools related to precision agriculture and data platforms Track and document each interaction to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Contribute to the creation and enhancement of support tools and internal resources Participate in hands-on training and real-world mentoring designed to accelerate your skillset Technologies Youll Support May Include:
Operations Center, JDLink, MyJohnDeere Dashboard GreenStar Displays, StarFire Receivers, AutoTrac guidance Apex Farm Management, StellarSupport, and mobile apps What You'll Bring
Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support roles Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve complex issues calmly and professionally High comfort level with software tools, apps, and basic troubleshooting Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts within a 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule Commitment to full-time onsite work (Johnston, IA) and occasional local travel for training Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Agriculture, Math, or a related field Candidates without a degree should have a technical certification that demonstrates strong IT or database fundamentals Familiarity with agriculture, farming operations, or equipment dealers is a plus Experience in precision agriculture or GPS-based technology systems is highly desirable Perks & Benefits
