We're hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's customer service operations. Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism Follow communication scripts and resolve customer inquiries Research issues and provide accurate, timely solutions Document conversations and maintain call center records Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service Attend training sessions to enhance skills and meet performance targets What You'll Need:

Bilingual in English and Spanish 1+ year of customer service or call center experience Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills A positive attitude and drive to exceed expectations
