Support the Employee Experience (EX) Teams operational and strategic needs. Assist with EX programs, including Business Resource Groups (BRGs), by managing budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, and collaborative. Responsibilities: Operational support for BRGs and EX initiatives, including budget tracking and invoicing. Creating and maintaining reports on EX metrics, budgets, and program impacts. Monitoring project milestones, tracking deliverables, and communicating updates. Coordinating team meetings and managing project calendars. Identifying process improvement opportunities. Maintaining documentation and tracking project progress. Requirements: 35 years in HR operations, business analysis, or EX support. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience supporting BRGs, D&I initiatives, or engagement programs is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) and financial tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Details: Full-time, non-exempt employee. Workplace model involves at least four days/week in the office.
