This is the right opportunity if you: Create a superior customer service experience to drive store growth, sales, and profitability Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement Partner with your team to implement store initiatives Care about people and profit Enjoy learning and growing your career Responsibilities include: Leading a successful team and supporting the store manager in a fast-paced retail environment Managing store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction Training and engaging staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals Overseeing inventory, safety, and operational issues Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the store and outside areas Driving operational and marketing programs for continuous improvement Building customer relationships and ensuring positive experiences both in-store and over the phone Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school is a plus Experience in automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn Passion for customer care and relationship building Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment Knowledge of inventory management systems Ability to lift 60 lbs Preferred: Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries Experience in retail, auto body, auction, or fast food management Customer-centric approach ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How Benefits: Health benefits and 401K Stable, Fortune 200 company with a family feel Opportunities for career growth and development Not the right fit?
