Fleet Resource Coordinator Pay Range: $24-28/hr. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will serve as a key position within our Fleet Management team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our fleet operations-from managing parts inventory and orders to driving efficiency through our fleet management software. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory of parts and supplies critical for fleet maintenance; forecast demand, place orders and track delivery and usage. Ensuring parts are billed to correct repair orders in a timely manner Administer and maintain our fleet management software, including work orders, registrations, fuel data, and maintenance scheduling Maintain accurate records in fleet databasesdocument usage, maintenance, parts usage, and generate reports for leadership Support cost-control initiatives by analyzing parts/maintenance expenditures and recommending process improvements. Act as a liaison between operations, procurement, and maintenance, facilitate communication and ensure efficient workflow. Conduct regular parts audits and inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize downtime Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with all vendors and customers Participate in all training programs that are made available. Keep current on new products and product updates Other duties as assigned Required:

Familiarity with procurement processes, including creating, tracking, and processing purchase orders. Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally visit yards or field locations. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication skills, able to communicate with vendors, mechanics and other employees. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Possess strong scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills. High School Diploma, GED or higher and a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. Preferred:

Experience with heavy duty trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment parts. Prior Parts Room experience. Familiarity with Fleetio or other Fleet Management software.
