Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director / Sr. Sales Manager (SDLC & AI Solutions) at Right Skale, Inc. located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The individual will lead sales efforts for our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and managing a sales team. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SDLC and AI Solutions sales
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in engaging with clients from BFSI, FinTech, Healthcare, and Tech sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area
