PMO Manager (Building Capacities)

Responsibilities: Serve as a bridge between project teams and senior stakeholders Define and implement consistent project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to project managers to ensure successful project delivery that meets scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives. Regularly review project progress, anticipate potential risks or roadblocks, and implement strategies to address them. Collaborate with leadership to confirm that projects are aligned with company goals and contribute to overall strategic priorities. Develop and continuously improve project management practices to drive operational efficiency and project success. Identify, assess, and manage project-related risks throughout the lifecycle. Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all project plans, activities, and outcomes for accountability and future reference.
