What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop strategic relationships with customers, providing guidance throughout their journey - Create success plans with customers to maximize value from legal AI solutions - Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows and use cases - Drive adoption of solutions by ensuring seamless integration into customer workflows - Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to internal teams for product enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications): - Formal legal education (Juris Doctor preferred) or substantial experience in legal technology - Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships - Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to achieve goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and a curiosity about technology developments - Experience working with large law firms
