Roles and Responsibilities:

Produce marketing materials - including everything from full collateral and POS campaigns to brochures and various other printed and digital work to the highest possible levels. This individual will be working within the production department and with our Creative group. The creative designer is responsible for the creative process from inception to execution based on specific request from the Creative Director or Sr Lead Creative Direction. Responsible for creative based on retail marketing strategies that goes through the lens of the Purpose and brand guidelines. Work in partnership with retail marketing team and other cross-functional teams to conduct end to end project management retail creative and complete projects within allotted timeline. Work independently and take responsibility to visit the retail stores to understand the scope of work and be able to optimize deliverables. Support and develop presentations to executive management with retail creative and project timelines as needed. Qualifications :

Experience developing 3 dimensional displays that bring the brand to life in the retail environment. Understanding of material fabrication, mechanics and timelines demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experience. Be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite or creative tool applications. Be highly organized, enjoy juggling multiple projects and quick turnaround jobs. Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of creative design tools, techniques, and innovation to create the best in-store creative. 5+ years' experience as creative lead/designer/account manager/etc. Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Exceptional project management-related soft skills Productivity tools including WorkFront & MS Office suite Professional portfolio available for review

In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
