Position Details

The employee is responsible for assisting children ages 6-11 in group activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts and free play in a birthday party setting and Parent's Night Out program. Assist in set up and take down of the program.

Primary Duties

Enforce Community & Event Center rules Engage youth ages 6-11 in various camp and program activities Provide direction and disciple when necessary Communicate effectively with supervisors, youth, and their families Assist with birthday parties and Parks After Dark on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) Be a positive role model Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age or older Ability to pass a background check completed by the City of Auburn Ability to complete First Aid/CPR Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with youth
