to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently, while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand business.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Process and manage customer orders, inquiries, and requests promptly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services. Resolve client issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. Track account performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities. Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and account expansions. Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
