Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely and effective services. Monitor account performance and proactively address potential concerns. Prepare and present reports on client activity and progress. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
