Community Property Manager (Based out of Bend, OR)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Community Property Manager for our client whose properties the role will be overseeing will be in
Bend, OR . This position will be 100% onsite and field work within Bend and a direct hire opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in relocating to the Bend area!
This position will be focused on supporting multiple units throughout Bend, including one Permanent Supportive Housing site. Interested candidates need to be knowledgable of HUD and/or affordable housing policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for managing several properties and the front to back rental process for tenants. This includes showing units to potential renters, guiding them through the rental process, maintaining relationships throughout rental tenure and assisting with needs, to the move out process when necessary.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired (not required)
Minimum 2 years property management/HUD/affordable housing experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communciation skills
Strong ability to work well with a wide array of individuals, including those who are experiencing mental health and/or other ailments
Empathy and compassion towards others and ability to maintain a professional boundary with others
Knowledge of permanent supportive housing processes, HUD/affordable housing policies and procedures
Can work well within multiple software systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines as needed
