We are seeking a hands-on, experienced
Onsite Property Manager
to oversee daily operations of a 400+ APARTMENTS unit multifamily residential community in COCONUT CREEK, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resident relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance, and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily property operations and manage on-site staff Ensure high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing strategies Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquencies Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing, HUD, and local housing regulations Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and vendor contracts
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with multifamily properties Experience with
Yardi
software is a strong plus Bilingual English & Spanish a PLUS Prior experience working with
HUD or affordable housing programs
is highly desirable Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
