The firm is seeking a Regional Managing Director to lead acquisitions strategy across the Southeast. This is a senior-level investment role suited to a highly motivated dealmaker with a deep understanding of industrial real estate fundamentals.

The position will focus on sourcing both marketed and off-market opportunities, underwriting and structuring transactions, and managing the process from initial engagement through to close. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the platform’s presence across key Southeastern markets.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with a well-capitalized investor actively scaling its footprint and targeting sustained growth across strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities Source and secure new industrial acquisition opportunities across core and secondary markets in the Southeast Build strong relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and market stakeholders to originate pipeline Lead financial underwriting and investment analysis, including detailed cash flow models and waterfall structures Manage full transaction process: site tours, LOIs, purchase negotiations, debt coordination, and closing Work cross-functionally with internal teams to assess deal feasibility and support execution Prepare investment memoranda and present opportunities to senior leadership Monitor market dynamics and trends to inform strategy and support regional expansion
Qualifications & Experience 10–15+ years of experience in industrial real estate acquisitions Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing transactions in major Southeastern logistics markets Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills; proficiency with Excel required, ARGUS preferred Deep market knowledge including leasing trends, site criteria, tenant specs, and pricing benchmarks Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
