About the Client: They have a strong track record in international markets and a fast-growing presence in the U.S. Their NYC office plays a key role in the firm’s expansion strategy, with experienced leadership, defined verticals, and consistent investment in the team. They’re known for a performance-driven environment, clear promotion track and growth structure but mainly for their strong client relationships across financial services, risk, compliance, and tech.
Agency experience is a requirement. Candidates with only internal/corporate recruiting backgrounds will not be considered.
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in agency Strong business development and client management skills Proven success with permanent/contract placements Self-starter mindset with a passion for growth
