About the Role: Join a fast-growing staffing firm actively expanding its presence across key markets. Based in NYC, this company has 2 different opportunities, both offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships and place top talent across core verticals like
Technology and Financial Services.
One, you'll manage the full recruitment life cycle, from business development to candidate placement and work with clients in a fast-paced environment with the support of an engaged leadership team. The other, you'll be part of this engaged leadership team that supports and mentor recruiters while producing and generating revenue!
Agency experience is a requirement. Candidates with only internal/corporate recruiting backgrounds will not be considered.
What They're Looking For: 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in agency (4+/y of experience in agency and/or leadership experience for managerial role) Strong business development and client management skills Proven success with both permanent/contract placements Proactive mindset with a passion for growth
