What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and schedules, ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight on client-specific projects, maintaining up-to-date records
- Lead and mentor team members while participating in regional and global initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Strong leadership and staff development skills to motivate and guide team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to establish a confident leadership presence
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within relevant environments
