What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships - Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables - Execute project forecasts and work schedules as outlined by senior management - Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication - Maintain up-to-date records regarding the status of all ongoing projects
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects - Strong oral and written communication skills that convey a confident leadership presence - Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to proactively manage expectations and adapt to client needs - Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in developing project plans and ensuring effective control of all project aspects from planning to production - Familiarity with financial and billing information review to meet deadlines consistently - Previous exposure to a variety of project management tools and methodologies
