We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join a well-known logistics company in Fife, WA . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and the potential for long-term placement.

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics and dispatch activities
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate as needed
- Work closely with warehouse and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform data entry and utilize logistics software to manage daily tasks
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work the designated shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
