This full-time role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys logistics coordination while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order inquiries, scheduling, and delivery updates. Coordinate with drivers and the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Input and update order information in dispatch and tracking systems. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of communications and delivery schedules. Support dispatch operations with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software (training provided).
Required Work Hours:
The position offers two scheduling options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
