Job Title: DMV Clerk
Location: Linda Vista, San Diego
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced DMV Clerk to join a well-established and reputable automotive company located in Linda Vista, San Diego. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with a company known for its supportive team environment and long-term stability.
The ideal candidate will have previous DMV processing experience within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of title transfers, vehicle registration, and related compliance requirements. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $29-$31 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:

  • Processing new and used vehicle DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing title and registration documents for submission to the DMV
  • Following up on title discrepancies and ensuring all paperwork complies with state regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring proper filing and documentation
  • Interacting with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of DMV processing experience in the automotive industry is required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and requirements
  • Proficient with dealership management software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
  • Full-time
  • Onsite
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
